The stage
Three looks in one room.
Shoot on a seamless painted cyc, put motion or stills behind talent on the LED wall, or wash the whole space in color from the grid. Every studio rental includes all three.
46' × 20' × 14' painted cyc
Flat white as standard, paintable to your color for a fee. Built from 3/4″ plywood rather than drywall, so shelves, pictures and set pieces hang securely and patches are easy. The highest-rated noise-reducing insulation runs behind the whole wall.
23' × 10' LED wall
2688 × 1152 native at 60 Hz, driven by an included PC for video or stills. A 25′ × 25′ floor can be installed to meet the screen.
10 Godox RGB panels on the grid
Wash the cyc any color from an iPad, or light it green for keying without painting the wall.

The podcast room, meeting room and kitchen come with every studio rental, along with a 65″ OLED monitor, motorized backdrops and the rest of the house gear.
Garage door load-in
A 9′ × 7′ single and an 18′ × 7′ double door. Back the truck right up.

17 spaces in our lot, with overflow on Jefferson Ave.

Record a podcast or video series, with or without our crew.
Book the podcast space on the regular studio rental rates and bring your own team, or have a Studio Jefferson operator run the session and live-edit it, so you leave with a finished file and the raw footage.
Renting the main studio? The podcast studio comes with it, and doubles as a green room for hair and makeup.
RENT THE PODCAST STUDIO
$150 per hour
A walk-in-ready podcast space with the house lighting. Bring your own crew, or just a laptop and a microphone. Same rates as any studio rental: $750 for a standard day, $1,000 for an extended day.
RECORDED AND LIVE-EDITED BY US
as low as $350 per hour
Buy six or more session hours, at once or across 12 months, and studio rental fees are waived, up to a $3,600 value.

Studio rental only
Simple studio rental rates, by the hour or the day.
Time starts when you arrive to set up and ends after tear-down. Billed in 15-minute increments, rounded up.

Book by the hour, up to 4 hours.
DAY RATE · STANDARD
$750 5 to 9 hours
The typical shoot day. Load in through the garage doors, park the whole crew for free.
DAY RATE · EXTENDED
$1,000 10 to 15 hours
Long days with multiple setups or talent changes, without the clock running by the hour.
LED wall add-on: $150 per hour, $750 for a standard day (5 to 9 hours) or $1,000 for an extended day (10 to 15 hours), billed in addition to the studio rate. Custom cyc paint is quoted on request.
